Ma Xiaowei e Roberto Speranza in tribunale a Ivrea. Covid: tre imprenditori chiedono i danni

Il ministro della salute italiano Roberto Speranza e il ministro della salute della Repubblica cinese Ma Xiaowei denunciati in sede civile da due imprenditori del Canavese e uno di Torino per le perdite subite nei mesi di marzo, aprile e maggio a causa della pandemia. Sono accusati di non aver fatto abbastanza e di non aver utilizzato i giusti strumenti per contenere la diffusione del contagio quando ciò era ancora possibile. Chiedono 500 mila euro da ognuno dei due paesi. Sono Rodolfo Benco titolare della Nuova Olimpia Srl proprietaria dell'Hotel Rondissone e Mauro Cortese  rappresentante della Armony Sas proprietaria dell'Hotel Astoria di Cuorgnè. Le udienze in sede civile si apriranno il 16 dicembre nei tribunali di Ivrea e Torino. «La chiusura anticipata ed improvvisa ha portato a conseguenze disastrose anche per il licenziamento dell'intero personale dell'hotel e la disdetta dei contratti di fornitura» scrivono nell'atto di citazione gli avvocati Andrea Bertano del Foro di Ivrea e Marco Vignola del Foro di Bari che "chiedono ai tribunali di Ivrea e Torino di accertare le gravi responsabilità del diffondersi del virus e dei suoi gravi effetti letali a cavallo fra novembre e dicembre 2019, e comunque per non aver assunto i necessari provvedimenti di controllo sugli scali aeroportuali in partenza dalla Cina nonché la chiusura dei voli diretti ed indirettamente provenienti dalla Repubblica Popolare Cinese".
